THIS PAGE IS ONLY TO BE ACCESSED IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED YOUR PARTY, PAID YOUR DEPOSIT AND HAVE RECIEVED YOUR CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL

Thank you for booking your party with us.  You will recieve a confirmation of booking via e-mail to confirm your party Date, Time, number of Players booked and other important information.  Please note all bookings are made in conjunction with our terms and conditions of booking which are on the birthdays page and on our website.


Please do NOT send out invitations until you have secured the booking,we will not take responsibiltiy for parents who send out invites without securing the booking and recieving the confirmation first.

  • Parents Consent

We require each player to have a completed consent form prior to play, under 18’s need to have a parental consent form filled in.  We regret without this form the player cannot play.  We also cannot accept any amended forms or other versions of the form in any circumstances. Please hand all completed forms to the party leader on arrival.

  • Invites

We have free invites available to download only, these are at the bottom of this page in the download section.

There are 2 pages with directions on the back.  Most people find it easier to attach the consent form to the invitation.

  • The Culham site

The Culham site kindly allow us to use their roads to access the woodland, and in order for us to continue to do this, we have to abide by their Health and safety policies and site regulations.  The culham site is an industrial estate and many of the activities such as HGV training can make the site a risk to others.  We therefore ask all visitors to restrict movement to the woodland only; all visitors must stay in our area only and stick to the designated route of entering and leaving the site.

On entering the site, you will pass the security gate, if you are asked to stop, please inform them you are visiting LaserTag at Lockwood and follow the directions on the map.  This information is also printed on the directions for your guests.

There is a 20mph speed restriction on site.  in areas where forklifts and lorries may be turning, there is a 10mph speed limit.

  • On arrival

Please follow all Lasergaming signs to the woodland, please observe the 10mph speed limit.  On arrival please wait at the meeting point in the car park for our leader to greet you.  Please can you keep all the children together and again for health and safety reasons keep the children from running around the site.

  • Party format

Usually we will spend the last 15 minutes of the party time doing the food.  If you wish to bring a birthday cake to do at the end, goody bags, or anything extra, please feel free to do so.

We have a small parents waiting area next to the Birthday Village.  There is an area for parents to take photographs in the Birthday Village, but we regret that parents cannot enter the zones with any cameras/video cameras in any circumstances for safety reasons.

we ask all parents and guests to depart the birthday area promptly on the party finish time.

please also ensure that all rubbish is placed in the bins provided and the shelter is left clear.

From Oxford
leave the City Centre and join the ring road / A34 southbound towards Reading. At the Heyford Hill (Sainsbury’s) roundabout take the exit sign-posted A4074 Reading and Wallingford. At the first roundabout turn right towards Clifton Hampden and Didcot. Carry on this road until the T-junction and then turn right towards Culham and Abingdon. The entrance to Culham Science Centre will be found shortly after on the right hand side.  On entering the site, bear to the left following signs for North Culham Estate, keep in the left hand land and enter the first gate on the left signposted Lasergaming.

From the M4
Leave the motorway at junction 13 and join the A34 towards Oxford. Continue on this road for approximately 16 miles until the Marcham interchange sign-posted A415 Abingdon. At the roundabout turn right towards Abingdon town centre. Drive through Abingdon in the one-way system following signs for Culham. At the traffic lights with the Waggon & Horses public house carry straight on, Culham Science Centre can be found about 1 ½ miles further on the left hand side just after the train station. .  On entering the site, bear to the left following signs for North Culham Estate, keep in the left hand land and enter the first gate on the left signposted Lasergaming.

From the M40 Southbound
Leave the motorway at junction 9 towards the A34 and Oxford. Continue on this road for approximately 15 miles until the Marcham interchange sign-posted A415 Abingdon (South). Then follow directions as above. From the M40 Northbound – leave the motorway at junction 6 (signposted Watlington) and join the B4009 westwards. Continue along this road until the junction with the A4074 and turn right. Continue along the A4074 and at the second roundabout take the first exit onto the A415 towards Abingdon. Carry straight on at the traffic lights at Clifton Hampden and the entrance to Culham Science Centre will be found shortly after on the right hand side. .  On entering the site, bear to the left following signs for North Culham Estate, keep in the left hand land and enter the first gate on the left signposted Lasergaming.

To access our woodland, we have to enter the culham science site, please do not drive around other areas of  the site and stop when asked by security.

On entering the Culham science centre bear left towards the North Culham Site, keep in the left lane and enter the culham No1 site form the 1st gate on the left.  Follow the red signs all the way through the site.  There is a maximum speed limit of 20mph through the site.  On entering the car park maximum speed limit 5mph.  If you get lost please call

  • Allergies, Athma and other medical issues

we want your party to run as smoothly as possible on the day, if any children have any medical conditions such as asthma, allergies, it must detail this on the form along with the medication brought on the day, with instructions of use, example epipen.

we regret we will be unable to allow any players to the party whom require medication and do not bring it on the day.  again, we can not give refunds or credits if this happens.

  • Information from other parents:

our marshalls have a few recommendations from previous parties:

you may wish to remind your guests that with the cold weather upon us, they may wish to bring the following, especially night missions:

* long trousers/long t-shirts – they are playing in a woodland1
* gloves – tightfitting, fingerless, or any, especially useful for cold fingers
* footwear they can get muddy in
* clothes they can get muddy in!
* a plastic carrier bag for shoes, for the car on the way home

  • Do parents stay?

yes & no, we are happy to take the group for the duration of the party but expect all paperwork to be handed to the marshall before leaving and an emergency number to be provided. there is also an area for you to wait (outdoors)

  • Can parents stay and watch ?

if they are not playing!, we have an small outdoor parents waiting areas please note we do not have an indoor parents waiting area. there is a local pub that serves hot and cold drinks and food.

  • Can Parents Play?

Yes, if there are guns available, parents can play for the same price as a party guest.

  • Food allergies

we can not provide food to players with nut, gluten, wheat and soya allergies.  if parents with children who suffer from these allergies provide their children with a cold snack in a container with their name on.

Our full day Laser adventure starts in the morning with some basic
games and
missions, and then lunch at our purpose built survival shelter deep in

afternoon of some adrenalin pumped adventure with our
advanced live action laser game

Imagine you are a soldier, you hold your gun, not a video game
controller, your team have a radio, a map and a mission objective to
complete. You are working behind enemy lines, to achieve key objectives
for the survival of your team.
